BEHIND THE SCENES

A founder made a series about his own startup, with the thing that ended it.

Zero to Zero grew out of one founder's startup years: the funding, the hires, the layoffs, the board meeting, the night the product stopped mattering. He wrote it with an AI writers' room, cast it with AI actors and cut it in our console. No camera, no set, no crew.

WHAT'S ADAPTED
The people.
Every character is a fictional composite with an invented name and face. Scenes are compressed and played for laughs.
HOW
The same way we make every show.
One cast kept the same faces and voices for all 43 episodes. Weak scenes were rewritten and reshot until they landed.
THE ENDING
You're in the epilogue.
The final scene names this studio. If you got here from the show, this page is what happens next.
“What is that?” “A studio. It makes shows. About people's lives.” “Whose life is first?” “Ours.” ZERO TO ZERO · EPISODE 43
STUDIO WORK

Series from the studio.

Comedy for founders and anyone who has worked at one. Romance and folk horror for the night shift. Every series below came out of the same pipeline.

HOW WE MAKE THEM

A writers' room, a cast and an editor that never sleep.

Every series starts as a story bible we argue over, and ends as episodes we watch shot by shot. The machines do the volume. People decide what's funny, what's true and what gets cut.

A story bible: logline, world rules and an episode beat sheet
01 · STORY FIRST
Nothing is filmed before the bible is right.
Characters, what each one wants, every episode's turn and cliffhanger. What's true, what's dramatized and who gets renamed is written down before a frame exists.
The cast page with an actor for each character
02 · ONE CAST
The same face and voice, episode 1 to 43.
Each character is cast once and stays recognisable across every shot and every episode, so the audience follows people instead of a slideshow.
The review screen with an episode player and a fix box
03 · SHOT BY SHOT
Fixed in a sentence, one shot at a time.
Every episode is checked shot by shot. When something is off, we say what's wrong and only that shot is redone.

04 · VERSIONS
Recut until it's funny.
Zero to Zero went through two full cuts, a rebuilt back half and a new cold open before release. Every version is kept, so trying something bold costs nothing.
