Dawnwood Inc., a Delaware corporation ("Dawnwood", "we", "us"), operates the website at dawnwood.ai, the Dawnwood console at console.dawnwood.ai, our APIs and command-line / agent interfaces, and our done-for-you production service (together, the "Services"). This policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and the choices you have.

We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share it with third parties for their own advertising.
Producing your work involves sending your content to third-party AI model providers (for example text, image, voice and video generation services) acting as processors on our behalf. We use commercial API offerings and, where the provider offers it, configurations under which customer content is not used to train the provider's models. We do not use your private content to train models of our own, and we do not show one customer's private content to another.
Some tools accept photographs of real people as references. You may only upload a real person's likeness if you have their consent (or it is your own), and for certain productions we require a signed likeness release. Our face-blend tooling is designed to output synthetic faces that do not belong to any real person.
You can connect social accounts so the Services can publish your finished episodes for you. For each connected account we store the OAuth tokens the platform issues, encrypted at rest, together with basic metadata (such as the account name and id). We use them solely to publish content you explicitly choose to publish, to check publish status, and to show you the resulting post metrics. You can revoke access at any time from the platform's side (links below), which immediately invalidates the tokens we hold; or email privacy@dawnwood.ai and we will remove the connection and delete the stored tokens:
YouTube. The Services use YouTube API Services. By connecting a YouTube channel you also agree to the YouTube Terms of Service; Google's handling of your data is described in the Google Privacy Policy. Dawnwood's use and transfer to any other app of information received from Google APIs will adhere to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.
We share information only with service providers who process it for us — hosting and storage (Amazon Web Services), payments (Stripe), sign-in (Google), transactional email (Resend), social publishing scheduling (Buffer), the AI model providers described in Section 4, and the social platforms you choose to connect — and where required to comply with law, enforce our terms, or protect the rights and safety of Dawnwood and others. If Dawnwood is involved in a merger, acquisition or asset sale, information may transfer as part of that transaction under this policy's protections.
We keep your account information and content while your account is active. You can delete individual projects and uploads in the console. To delete your account and associated personal information, email privacy@dawnwood.ai from your account address; we will complete deletion within 30 days, except for records we must keep for legal, billing or security reasons. If you ask us to remove a social-account connection, we delete its stored tokens; revoking access on the platform's side invalidates them immediately.
Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct, export or delete your personal information, and to object to or restrict certain processing. Contact privacy@dawnwood.ai and we will honor applicable requests. We do not discriminate against you for exercising these rights.
The Services are for adults. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 18; if you believe a minor has provided us information, contact us and we will delete it.
We protect information with industry-standard measures: encryption in transit, encrypted secret storage for tokens and credentials, scoped access controls, and audit logging. No system is perfectly secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.
The Services are operated from the United States, and information is processed and stored there. If you use the Services from elsewhere, you understand your information will be transferred to the United States.
We will post any changes on this page and update the date above; for material changes we will notify you by email or in the console before they take effect.
