WHO THIS IS FOR

Platforms building a catalogue.

Why license from Dawnwood? If you're launching a short-drama platform, your catalogue is the critical path — and producing enough original vertical content takes quarters you may not have. Our seasons are already finished: original English-language productions with strong episodic hooks, deliverable the week the agreement is signed, with rights documentation your diligence can actually check.

THE SLATE

COMPLETE · DELIVERS ON SIGNATURE
The Alpha's Dead Bride

COMPLETE · STREAMING ON DUSKWIRE.AI
The Bride Price
Appalachian folk horror, a self-contained 10-episode short series, complete and locked. Streaming at duskwire.ai since 15 September 2026 (first five episodes free); not yet on any third-party platform or social channel — the one title a licensee can bring to its audience first rather than take as catalogue backfill.

FOR INDIVIDUAL CREATORS

Two tracks. One is free.

Running a recap page, a commentary channel, a Reels account? You don't need a platform deal — creator licensing is standardized. The rule of thumb: if you transform the content, the license is free; if you redistribute it as-is, it's a paid license. Both are non-exclusive, attach to your named channels, and Dawnwood Inc. remains the IP owner.

TRACK 1 · CLIP & COMMENTARY
Free
For transformative formats: commentary, recap, narration, reaction, analysis.
  • Excerpts up to roughly half of any single episode, inside your own original video (counted across all your videos), from episodes that are free to watch
  • No stitching halves of consecutive episodes into a condensed cut — excerpts stay under about half of each video
  • Monetize normally — Facebook/Meta, YouTube, TikTok — any territory
  • Your own narration, subtitles, captions and editing
  • Credit “Licensed from Duskwire.ai” in every description, plus an on-screen credit
  • No plain re-uploads of episodes, in whole or in part, without transformation
  • No master files — you work from the published episodes
approval by email · license registered to your named channels · revocable for breach
TRACK 2 · FULL-EPISODE DISTRIBUTION
Flat annual fee, per title
For publishing complete episodes or seasons on your named channels.
  • Non-exclusive right to publish full episodes, with your own subtitles, captions and edits, fully monetized
  • Covers up to 3 named channels on third-party social platforms (Facebook, YouTube, TikTok, Instagram) — additional channels licensed separately
  • No distribution on your own app or website, no paywalled or transactional access, no sublicensing — that's a platform deal: email us
  • Official master video files and episode-matched English SRT
  • Signed authorization letter to show the platform if your rights are ever questioned
  • Prepaid, 12-month, renewable · priced per title · if the license lapses, episodes come down within 14 days
  • English-language publication only — dubbing and translated-subtitle rights are not included; localization is reserved for platform deals
  • No revenue share at creator scale — payouts on channels we don't control can't be verified; a flat fee keeps it clean, and everything you earn above it is yours
per-title rate, prepaid 12 months:
Studio — The Alpha's Dead Bride, 50-episode season, complete — $299 / year, self-serve below.
Select — human-refined short series (The Bride Price, The Cricket) — $99 / year per title.
Catalogue — fully automated AI productions, no human polish — $49 / year per title.
Whole pool — every Catalogue and Select title in one licence at half the per-title price; titles that join during the term can be added at the same rate.

heads-up: platform monetization systems flag content that is “primarily someone else's,” even when licensed — an authorization letter settles rights, not originality. for most creator pages, track 1 is the more sustainable route.

QUESTIONS

Asked before you asked.

What's the commercial structure?
Non-exclusive rights for your territories and languages, revenue share on net receipts with title-by-title accounting, and no upfront fee or minimum guarantee required. Dawnwood retains the underlying IP. Exact terms are agreed per title.
Can we localize titles for our market?
Yes. Every delivery includes clean textless masters and episode-matched English SRT, which makes subtitling and dubbing straightforward. Licensing terms can include the right to create localized versions for your territories.
How do we verify rights?
Chain-of-title documentation ships with every title, and the licensor of record is Dawnwood Inc., a Delaware corporation. Representations and warranties are part of the per-title agreement.
Is the content AI-produced?
Yes — the slate is AI-native, produced on Dawnwood's own pipeline, and labeled as AI-generated on every public channel. Standard AI-production disclosure documentation is part of every delivery, supporting your platform's labeling compliance.
How fast is delivery?
Completed titles deliver within days of execution — the package already exists. Screeners and sample delivery materials for technical validation are available before signature.
I'm a creator — how do I get the free license?
Fill in the creator side of the intake form with your channel links, follower counts, monetization status, and the titles that interest you. Approval comes back by email and the license is registered to your named channels — that registration is what protects you if a platform ever questions your rights. Add channels later by sending the links.
Why don't you offer revenue share to creators?
Payouts on channels we don't control can't be verified, and the reporting overhead would cost more than it returns — for both sides. So the free track costs nothing, and the paid track is a flat prepaid annual fee: everything you earn above it is yours. Revenue share exists only at platform scale, where receipts are auditable.
