Pick a face and a voice for every character, from the library or made new. They stay the same in every shot and every episode, so your audience follows people, not a slideshow.
Each episode is rendered, checked shot by shot and cut. When something is wrong, say what's wrong. Only that shot is redone; the rest of the episode stays.
