LICENSING INTAKE · REPLY WITHIN ONE BUSINESS DAY

Tell us what you're building.

These are the same questions we'd ask in the first reply — asked once, so the answer that comes back is the slate, the screeners and a term sheet rather than another round of questions. Founder reads every one.

A store listing, a live site, or a staging URL — whatever exists today.

THE ASK
See the slate. "Whatever fits" is a fine answer.
Our standard is non-exclusive, revenue share on net receipts, no upfront fee and no minimum guarantee. Tell us if you need something different.
We reply within one business day, from the founder. Nothing here is published or shared — see privacy.
Prefer plain email? bd@dawnwood.ai works too; it just means one more round of questions.

Got it — thank you.

Your answers are in front of the founder now. You'll get a reply within one business day: the titles that fit what you're building, watermarked screeners where they're available, and a short term sheet if the shape is right.

If you don't hear back, check spam for a message from tq@dawnwood.ai before assuming we dropped it.

WHAT HAPPENS NEXT
  1. Within one business day — a reply from the founder with the titles that fit and what's available to screen.
  2. Watermarked screeners on time-limited links, so you can evaluate the real thing rather than a trailer.
  3. A short term sheet if the shape is right — non-binding, and specific about the numbers.
  4. Diligence, then signature. We verify your entity against its registry; you verify our delivery against the published spec.
WHY WE ASK FOR THE ENTITY

A licence is a contract between two legal persons, so a term sheet only goes to a named counterparty in a jurisdiction we can check. A one-person company is completely fine — an unnamed one isn't.

Same reason the numbers aren't on this website: terms are agreed per title against a real platform, not published for comparison shopping.

THE STRUCTURE, NO SURPRISES

Non-exclusive rights for your territories. Revenue share on net receipts, title by title. No upfront fee or minimum guarantee required. Dawnwood retains the underlying IP; localization you fund is owned by you.
