THE ANSWER

What Publishing is.

How do you manage many TikTok accounts for short drama? Put the accounts that share an audience into one niche with one landing link and one posting policy, feed the niche a pool of clips, and let a scheduler spread posts across the accounts within per-account caps. Then judge each account against its own baseline, not the loudest post.

Dawnwood Publishing does that for TikTok, Instagram, YouTube and Facebook from one queue. Accounts are connected by their owners through each platform’s official login, and every post carries its own tracked link, so you can see which account and which clip led to a sale.

HOW IT WORKS

Connect, group, schedule, judge.

01 · CONNECT
Connect accounts
Log in to each TikTok, Instagram, YouTube or Facebook account through the platform’s own consent screen. No passwords are stored.
02 · GROUP
Sort them into niches
One landing link, posting windows, daily caps, a caption template and an optional first comment per niche.
03 · SCHEDULE
Fill the queue
Pick clips from the pool and accounts or account groups. Over-cap posts move to the next free slot; repeat footage swaps for an unused clip.
04 · JUDGE
Scale, keep or kill
Taps, visits, sign-ups and revenue per account, against its own 14-day baseline and its niche.
The Publishing queue: a week-long calendar with one row per account, grouped by niche, showing published, scheduled, held and failed posts, with a side panel of posts that need a fix.
The queue: a week per screen, one row per account, grouped by niche. Held and failed posts sit in the side panel with Reschedule.
WHAT BREAKS

Fix it before it costs a slot.

Expiring tokens

Instagram access runs out; the Inbox warns days ahead with how many scheduled posts would fail.

Lost consent

An account whose publishing permission was removed is flagged with a one-click Reconnect.

Failed posts

The platform’s own reason, in plain words, and a Reschedule that picks the next free slot.

Held posts

A post due on a paused account waits for you instead of going out or vanishing.

Comments

Read comments on Instagram and Facebook posts, and post a first comment with your link where the platform allows it.

Covers per platform

Instagram cover image, Facebook opening frame, TikTok cover frame and YouTube thumbnail, from one cover.

The Publishing inbox: an Instagram token that expires in a day, an account that lost publishing consent, a failed Facebook post, a post held on a paused account, and an account missing the comments permission, each with an action button.
ACCESS

QUESTIONS

Before you connect an account.

Will running many accounts get them banned?
Publishing posts only through each platform’s official API, on accounts their owners connect themselves. It never uses emulators, device farms or browser fingerprint tools. Each account has a rolling 24-hour cap (2 posts on TikTok, Instagram and Facebook, 3 on YouTube by default, adjustable from 1 to 10), the same footage can’t go out twice on one platform within 60 days, and post times are spread across your windows with a few minutes of jitter.
Which platforms are supported?
TikTok, Instagram, YouTube and Facebook Pages. Each platform gets its own cover handling: an Instagram cover image, a Facebook opening frame, a TikTok cover frame and a YouTube thumbnail.
What is a niche?
A group of accounts that share one landing link, one posting policy (daily caps, posting windows, time zone, caption template, first comment) and one pool of videos. Most teams run one niche per genre or per show, for example werewolf romance or billionaire revenge.
How do I know which account is working?
Every post gets its own short link. Taps are counted (link-preview bots are filtered out), and your site reports visits, sign-ups and purchases back with a browser pixel, a server call or your Stripe webhook. Each account is compared with its own 14-day baseline and with the other accounts in its niche, and marked Scale, Keep or Kill. Views count only once a post is two days old, and one viral outlier does not skew the baseline.
What happens when a token expires or a post fails?
It lands in the Inbox before it costs you a slot: Instagram tokens about to expire, accounts that lost publishing consent, posts that failed with the platform’s reason, and posts held because an account is paused, each with a one-click Reconnect, Reschedule or Review.
Where do the videos come from?
Upload your own (MP4 or MOV, up to 1 GB each), import finished episodes of a series you made on Dawnwood, or send the clips you kept from Clips.
What does it cost?
