Short answerPay by plan or pack through Stripe. Downgrades and cancellations take effect at the end of the period. Unused pack credits can be refunded within 30 days of purchase.
Open Billing or the credits balance in the console. Choose a monthly plan or a one-time credit pack. Stripe handles checkout; review the total and any applicable tax before paying. A promotion code can be entered at checkout when you have one.
Credits and plan changes appear after payment confirmation reaches Dawnwood. If Stripe shows a successful payment but the balance has not updated, refresh once, then email support@dawnwood.ai with your receipt or payment reference. Avoid paying again while the first payment is being checked.
Use the email address you supplied at checkout. If a receipt is missing, contact support with your payment date and amount so we can locate the Stripe record.
Plan changes are available in the console. Upgrades show a prorated charge before confirmation. Downgrades and cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing period; current-period subscription charges are not prorated back. Monthly credits expire at the end of their billing period.
You can request a refund of the unused portion of a credit pack within 30 days of purchase. Used credits are not refundable. Include your account email and purchase reference when contacting support; approved refunds return to the original payment method and the corresponding unused credits are removed. Signup credits have no cash value. Refunds required by law remain available.
Failed renders are not charged, or their reserved credits are returned. A successfully generated take that you dislike is handled as a retake, which uses credits. If you suspect an incorrect charge, send the series, episode and operation for review.
