Short answerMost messages tell you exactly what to do. "Something failed on my side" from the Line Producer carries a raw error in the brackets, worth pasting to support if a retry does not clear it. A credits shortfall opens Plans & Credits. "Not found" on a series you did not create means it belongs to another account.
Something failed on my side (…). Try again, or rephrase. The brackets hold the raw error the tool hit, cut to 200 characters: a provider timeout, a missing field, a rejected request. Say "try again" once. If it repeats, copy the whole line including the brackets to support; it points straight at the cause.
Not enough credits for that, top up on the plans page and tell me to retry. The fix it planned costs more than your balance. Top up, then reply "retry".

Out of credits for asset "…" (need N cr, have M cr), top up, then render again. On an episode row in the Episodes panel. The run paused on that asset; finished takes are kept. Top up and click render again.
No credits left, top up (or pick a plan) to keep generating. Your available balance is zero. A plan is not required to render; any positive balance is.
Today's fair-use allowance is used up; it resets tomorrow. The writing steps (bible, scripts, pack drafting) have a daily cap on every plan. Rendering is not affected.

These items failed validation, fix them and save again: a world pack card breaks a rule, listed underneath, for example a prop description over 40 characters or a prop owner that is not a character.
episodes not approved yet: [4, 9]: the pack cannot be committed until every script is approved.
Voice failed: voice generation was unavailable or at capacity. Retry after a few minutes; it never blocks the rest of the pack.
