Short answerSwap something already in the picture with Regenerate, a local edit at 5 cr per edited second. Re-render one shot when a person or action is missing. Re-render the whole group only when the whole group is wrong. Or describe the problem in Ask agent to fix and let the Line Producer choose.

| Route | Where | What it does | Cost |
|---|---|---|---|
| Still shot | Line Producer | Replaces the picture of one insert shot (no people) with a prop sheet or a grabbed frame, same length, audio kept | Free |
| Regenerate (retake) | ↻ Regenerate on the group card or a shot row | Locates the offending seconds inside the picked take and swaps only what is already in the picture: a prop, a face, a costume. Motion, camera and audio stay | 5 cr per edited second, minimum 3 s |
| Re-render one shot | Re-render shot N in the shot inspector | Renders just that shot with the group's references; lands pre-picked in its remix column | Per second of that shot |
| Split shot | Line Producer | Moves one shot into its own group and renders it alone, on the premium engine, for legible text or a pose an edit cannot fix | Per second |
| Re-render the group | Re-render group Gn or + Round | A whole new take of the group joins the pool | Per second of the whole group |
On the Review page, pause the player where the problem is. The scope pill follows the playhead (SEG 2 · G3 · 01:12). Pick a chip if one fits: Scene drift, Wrong prop, Character missing, Breaks physics, Blocking · emotion · pacing. Type what is wrong, for example "the photo should be the black-and-white portrait prop, not the heroine herself", and click Fix with agent →. The Line Producer edits the storyboard if needed, chooses the route above, renders, and only adopts a take that is not worse. Groups it changed are marked in the film tree. See how to describe a problem.
Next to the box, Re-render with lets you name an engine for this fix or keep the chapter default. Engines and their per-second rates are in credits and render rates.
The new take lands in the pool. If it was adopted, the segment restitches and the master rebuilds by itself. If you disagree with the pick, see why a re-render can look unchanged.
